The firmness of your mattress depends on your body. Those with back problems tend to require more of a supportive and firmer mattress, while others prefer a softer, gentler one. Most of all, your mattress should feel comfortable to you and give you a good night’s sleep. A bad night’s sleep can cause irritability, tiredness and stress. Choosing the right mattress can actually do wonders for your health in the long run.
When choosing the size of your bed, keep in mind who will be using it and the amount of space in the room. A married couple would benefit best from a queen size bed, while a college student on a budget and a confined space would do better with a twin.
