We try to give as much information as possible about our furniture on our website but if there’s anything else you would like to know, or if you would like a quote for a piece made to a special size please call us, email us or visit our showroom.

We will give you all the advice we can. We know how difficult it is to find the right piece of furniture and how helpful it is to talk it through with somebody with experience in design. We can also send you a brochure that shows some of our collection, and we can send you samples of our finishes.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of Vat and exclusive of delivery charges.

Orders, Lead times and Payment

If you would like to place an order please call or email us, or visit our showroom. We will confirm your order and give you an estimated delivery date. As everything is made to order, our lead times are normally about 6-8 weeks, but we can sometimes be quicker so please do let us know if you need something urgently.

We do ask for full payment at the time of making the order. You can pay by cheque, credit card or direct bank transfer. We will always contact you after delivery to check that you are completely happy with our service and your furniture.

 

Delivery

We know how important it is to our customers that their furniture arrives in perfect condition and at the time promised.

We offer 2 options for delivery:

1. Tom Faulkner Delivery Service

Our team will deliver your furniture in one of our vans at a time that suits you, we always try to give you as small a time slot as possible so that you don’t have to stay in for hours waiting for your furniture. Our delivery men will deliver and assemble the furniture wherever you wish, they will polish the tables and take away any packaging. They are always polite and helpful - they will do whatever they can to ensure that you are happy with your furniture.

2. Standard Delivery Service

For this we use an outside courier company. This can be a less expensive option. We always use very reliable freight companies who are experienced in delivering furniture and offer an excellent service.
