Sales & Business Development
We are looking for someone who is tenacious, enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing with excellent communication and networking skills to join the Sales team. We want a creative thinker who can spot new sales openings and follow them through.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to get involved in a creative and growing business and who enjoys getting out and about and building relationships.
Principal duties will include:
Business Development and outreach
Pro-actively finding new opportunities to grow sales.
Generating new leads through calling, meetings and exhibitions.
Setting up meetings with interior designers – ideally at least 2-3 days of the week will be spent out and about meeting existing and prospective clients.
Communication of new product developments to prospective clients
Building long-lasting relationships with interior designers
Responding to incoming sales enquiries quickly and thoroughly
Working with the sales team to ensure that the sales database is kept fully up-to-date and accurate at all times.
Representing the company at product launches, events and trade shows
Planning and preparing presentations
Inputting creative ideas to the marketing strategy
We are looking for somebody with:
At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role
Lots of energy, a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for selling
Initiative, common sense and tenacity
A team player!
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
An interest in design/interior design
Competitive salary – depending on experience
