Showroom and Sales Superstar

We have a showroom in Lots Road, Chelsea, and we are about to open another one in Pimlico Road, Belgravia. We are looking for someone to join the sales / showroom team to work across both sites. This is an exciting time for the business and this is a great opportunity for someone with lots of energy, a positive attitude, an enthusiasm forselling, and a desire to represent and grow our brand. To start with you will be based in our Lots Road showroom and then rotating with the rest of the team to work in either Pimlico Road or Lots Road

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers – both trade and retail
• Presenting our collection to customers and explaining the Tom Faulkner history and ethos
• Working closely with the rest of our sales team
• Liaising with our workshop
• Responding to incoming sales enquiries – by phone and email - and sending out quotes and invoices quickly and thoroughly
• Maintaining our database
• Opening up the showroom every day
• Maintaining the sample area and the showroom inventory in Pimlico Road
• Hosting showroom events and meetings with interior designers, along with the rest of the team

You will:

• Have at least two years previous experience in a similar role – in Interior Design or Furniture
• Be well presented
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have exceptional organizational skills
• Be able to use Photoshop and InDesign to give creative support for potential orders
• Have initiative, common sense, and tenacity, and be expected to take ownership of projects and to be accountable
• Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Have an interest in design/interior design
• Expand your knowledge of Tom Faulkner and become a trusted expert in the brand
• Deliver the BEST customer service experience possible!

Salary is competitive, depending on experience
