We work very closely with designers and specifiers to ensure they have everything they need to give their customers the highest standard of service. We offer a trade discount on our products, with a personal approach to collaboration. Our sales team is available to advise on specific designs, sizes, and finishes – and where possible, will send trade quotes and finish samples the same day they’re requested.
The best way to get a feel for the collection is to visit our Chelsea showroom and see the furniture and the finishes in person. We regularly welcome designers for breakfast, which is a great way to meet Tom and the team, as well as get a sense of how we work. We’re more than happy to meet your clients on your behalf and guide them through the pieces in our showroom. Alternatively, if you’re pressed for time and can’t make it to the showroom, our sales team will gladly come to you.
Our lead time for orders is 6-8 weeks, though can be expedited if required. All of our furniture is designed and crafted in our own workshop in Wiltshire. This gives our skilled team of craftsmen the flexibility to make each piece to custom dimensions a create truly bespoke pieces for your clients.
We’re here to support every step of the way, from keeping designers updated throughout the production process, to offering a white glove delivery service in the UK and abroad.
We take pride in building lasting industry relationships, regularly hosting breakfasts, events, and talks in our Chelsea showroom. We also love to invite designers and their clients to our workshop for engaging tours of the production process. You’ll even have the chance to try your hand at some welding!
