Capricorn is one of the stars of our collection and it is a true “signature” piece. Tom designed it over twenty five years ago, and it remains one of our best loved designs.
It’s very contemporary, but also timeless, with its symmetrical shapes and classical proportions. This might explain why it fits so easily in to so many different interiors. It’s distinctive, but cool enough to make an impact without having to shout.

The Capricorn is a classic design with signature Tom Faulkner attention to detail. It’s a modern oval dining table that’s handmade in England at our Wiltshire workshop. We begin with the base, drawing together four plates of metal, conjoined to perfection for a smooth, sweeping effect. The pedestal can then be paired with a range of glass, marble, or wood tops. Make it your own by selecting your favourite standard or specialist finish, with an optional brass or bronze top plate. We’d recommend pairing the final product with our dining chairs to maximise the effect, inviting guests to gather around this distinctive feature table.
