Edge Console Table

Edge is the ‘essence’ of a table. In its design, Tom drew inspiration from the leaning steel slabs which characterise many of Richard Serra’s sculptures. It’s engineered with elegance and simplicity in mind. In fact, the Edge is made to be entirely self-supporting, with each piece falling together in perfect balance. We do, however, add nearly invisible welds for peace of mind. The result is a striking, streamlined console table.

The elemental design of this table lends itself beautifully to a marble top, and the base looks sleek and cool in either a standard or specialist steel finish. For a particularly contemporary look, consider a top of dichroic glass, which casts tinted light over the base and floor beneath.
