Jak Chair

Simplicity is key to the design of our Jak Chair. It’s one of our most contemporary dining chairs, with a clean, paired-back silhouette and a strikingly elegant profile, designed for functionality and comfort. Its aluminium composition makes it extremely light and versatile – the perfect addition to a dynamic, adaptable living space.

Jak was in the making for a long while before it came to fruition in 2020. Tom remarks, “This chair has been in my head and on the drawing board for a while. I wanted to make something very practical, not too formal, but at the same time very smart. I had the twentieth century Modernists in the back of my mind – I was thinking of Jean Prouvé’s Standard chair, and Gio Ponti’s Superleggera chair, both smart and modest. I wanted to make a chair for the twenty first century.”
