Wave Limited-edition print by Robin Broadbent

In Wave, British photographer Robin Broadbent turns his lens on a pair of Tom Faulkner’s stainless steel designs. Now based in New York, he is celebrated for still life images that use abstraction to explore beauty and sculptural form. Part of a limited-edition series of four, this black and white image was shot as a silhouette to emphasise the curves and flowing form. The negative space creates an energy between the two pieces, with a tight crop on the right to imply the waves continue on forever.
